Packages, Fees, & Policies

Psychotherapy/Prayer Therapy/Counseling Rates

Psychotherapy sessions generally consist of weekly 50 minutes face-to-face session. We can meet more or less frequently and the duration of services depends on your need. We are cash-basis only and do not take insurance. However, we offer payment plan, customize to fit your budget. Our basic rates are as follow:

Individual therapy sessions
15 min initial consultation = Free
25 min session = $50
50 min session = $100
75 min session = $125

Couples/Family Therapy Sessions
15 min initial consulation = Free
50 min session = $100
75 min session = $125

Sign up for 3-month or longer commitment and save! $85 per 50 min session and $110 per 75 min session.

Please note that Prayer Therapy is offered as a standalone model for those interested solely in prayer therapy for healing. And it is also offered in conjunction with other psychotherapy techniques during the course of your treatment. Please note that prayer therapy is different from our free of charge prayer ministry.

Life Coaching Rates

Life coaching sessions consist of weekly 50 minutes sessions, 4 sessions per month. The length of sessions and fees may vary, customized to fit your needs. We offer a month to month package at the regular rate of $150.00 per session, and a 3 months contract at a discounted rate. We are cash-basis only and do not take insurance. Payment plan available. Packages and fees will be discuss more in details during you initial phone consultation.

Initial consultation (15 min) - Free

Package 1
Halftime- time rate
$300.00 per month, bi-weekly phone sessions, and email support as needed, a full membership to the Goals Online goals-setting website. This package does not include the Life Time Library of Self-Talk CD's.

Package 2
3-Month or longer commitment
$440.00 per month for full service, consisting of weekly phone sessions, email support as needed, a full membership to the Goals Online goals-setting website, and a complimentary Life Time Library of Self-Talk CD's (normally $399 value) to reprogram your mental computer.

Package 3
Month to Month
$500.00 per month for full service, consisting of weekly phone sessions, email support as needed, a full membership to the Goals Online goals-setting website, and a complimentary Life Time Library of Self-Talk CD's (normally $399 value) to reprogram your mental computer.

There is an additional travel fee for meeting with you in your home or the community for life coaching and therapy sessions.

Phone Consultations

$30 for up to 30 minutes

Seminars/Workshops

We offer two different types of seminars covering mental health issues, goal settings, spirituality and personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Please contact us regarding our fees for seminars and workshops.

International Project: Haiti

Fees for Mental Health Haiti mission trips will vary depending on the trip and time of year. For more information, please complete our contact form under International Project.

Payment Process

Insurance

We provide services on a cash-basis and currently are not on insurance panels. If you would like to be reimbursed by your insurance company for services provided to you, we will be glad to provide you with an invoice at the end of each month. You may also arrange for payments of our services through your insurance company if they offer out of network coverage. We will assist you with the process.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards, cash, money orders, or personal checks. There is a $35 fee for all returned checks.

Life Coaching - sessions are paid in advance through PayPal, to be received no later than 3 days prior to your first session, and at the start of every month for ongoing coaching. Money orders and personal checks must be sent within a time frame for the check to be cleared. Services will not be provided if payment is not received by the agreed upon date and time.

Psychotherapy/Counseling - Payment is collected at the end of each session via cash, credit card, money orders or personal checks. Payment for 3 month or longer commitment package is due at the start of every month for ongoing therapy sessions - paid per month rather than per session.

Phone consultations - Credit card payment is collected immediately following the phone session.

Cancellations

Cancellations and rescheduling must be made 24 hours in advance. There will be no credit refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled coaching session. You will be required to pay for scheduled therapy/case management session that you do not show up to, or cancel 24 hours in advance. If I need to cancel a session, I will notify you 24 hours in advance. If I am not able to notify you of the cancellation within 24 hours, our following session will be free of charge to you.
